Our Mission

TEAMS MMA is a professional level mixed martial arts gym located in Chula Vista, California. We offer adult and kids programs in MMA, striking, grappling, and professional fight team development. We serve both competitive athletes and everyday members seeking elite level instruction in a team driven environment. TEAMS MMA also offers specialized programs for military and law enforcement professionals.

Our coaching staff includes current and former professional fighters with experience in the UFC, Tuff-N-Uff, Cage Warriors, and top regional promotions. Our facility features two training mats, a pro grade subfloor impact system, and an on site Digital Martial Arts Learning Center for competition film study and athlete education.
